Your mixer tap questions.
Does the tap include a water filter?
No. A compatible filtration system supplies the filtered-water connection. Explore our under-sink range or whole-house and under-sink packages.
Is a 3 Way Mixer Tap included as standard?
It is an optional upgrade for our under-sink setups. Your quote confirms the selected tap, compatibility and any additional cost.
Can I choose RO or mineralised water?
The brochure describes a filtered-water connection supplied by your chosen RO or mineralised and alkalised water configuration. The connected filtration system determines the water supplied; the tap does not create these treatments.
